About Me

I am a certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Holistic Nutritionist through the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).  I am a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
